🌊 BSOD? Why Bitlocker Recovery?

I've dealt with a user that reported a BSOD. After further investigating, we discovered that it wasn't quite the Blue Screen of Death we thought it was, but more the Bitlocker asking for a recovery key that might happen if there were changes in the BIOS settings, hardware or, maybe a more likely reason in this context, a number of incorrect pin entries. 

 

It's a security measure that we all sometimes get greeted with to ensure that the user's authorised. It keeps us safe 🔐
