🌊 What's good download and upload speed?

According to highspeedinternet.com, a good download speed is at least 100mbps, and a good upload speed is at least 10mbps + good ping is 10-20ms. I write it here because I think this concensus has evolved into a more situational thing. Is it for esports? Standard browsing? Hosting etc. Just good for me to remember that it's important to be mindful before recommending.
