🌊 Expecto Patronum

TLDR
Cool, Calm and Collected πŸ’» —Technology Regi created a funzie Wishlist to make it easier to manage gifts and keep items owned minimal. While he will probably never stop you from expressing your gifts creatively, the list below should help raise the likelihood that I won't be donating them to the nearest orphanage.

And in all honesty, I’m most comfortable if you don’t spend too much money at all. $30 and under’s enough really and even $50 is already stretching it. But this isn’t my first rodeo, so just pursuit whatever your bank account desires. Love

This page's purely for the literal fam. It should be well obscured in the blogs and I'd be astounded if a lurker somehow finds this page in particular. Even if one does, there's really nothing to hide here because it's just a Make-A-Wish Channel.

If you're not family, you're probably just my mate "Susannah". And well well well, I'm flattered Susan, I really am but ya gotta get a move on aye haha it's a pleasure but I digress!

So why the Wishlist you ask? While I would never stop you from expressing your love language, I do take Minimalism in mind. Interestingly, I then faced the puzzle of being the owner of items I don't need or feel that isn't me anymore. It's truthfully challenging to place all that into the donation stockpile.

So to minimise le impact in the future, I thought I'd give you a bit of hint on what I might crave and less likely to get rid of. I've got a growth mindset which means that I was bound to experiment, fail then correct my direction as I've gone so I understand that it must've been confusing. Although now, unless I get dementia early, I find that my predisposition wouldn't change anytime soon.

My Wardrobe for reference
If you still decide to follow the heart's desire, know that my theme's really anything that reminds me of the ocean. I've got a Servant-Leadership Style aye? So anything to help that energy. Alternatively, if you fancy dressing me up, try choose something that signals kind humility on me. Flashy logos are fine as long as they're subtle. I deal with people from different backgrounds, right? I'm a support person first and always aimed for someone to recognise me as "One of us". My sight's to be perceived as approachable because I want to help. I'm a healer, folks. Ultimately, let's keep it minuscule for anything else πŸ™‚ I'll give this an update out of a whim. Cheers

"So I should be in Slytherin," Harry said, looking desperately into Dumbledore's face. "The Sorting Hat could see Slytherin's power in me, and it-"

"Put you in Gryffindor," said Dumbledore calmly.

"Listen to me, Harry. You happen to have many qualities Salazar Slytherin prized in his hand-picked students. His own very rare gift, Parseltongue- resourcefulness- determination- a certain disregard for rules," he added his mustache quivering again.

"Yet the Sorting Hat placed you in Gryffindor. You know why that was. Think."

"It only put me in Gryffindor," said Harry in a defeated voice, "because I asked not to go in Slytherin...."
"Exactly," said Dumbledore, beaming once more.

"Which makes you very different from Tom Riddle. It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.”

I loathe abusive authority.

Excessive tough love is unproductive because the damage stays in a form of cowardice that stunts the people’s growth for potential. They wouldn’t learn reasonable courage so they’d end up overextending that just continues the unhealthy and harmful approach when interacting under stress.

Overabundant fear makes incompetence, and extravagant mistrust of people’s abilities.
That’s misguided and encourages a disconnect from the good within individuals.

Historically, every Authoritarian Leader that’s got an affinity for ruling with an iron fist was met with a violent end with the people celebrating on their grave while the one’s who led with pleasant exchanges mourned their funerals with flowers.

Collaborative Leaders also have better longevity in general because the people surrounding them will have their back when the push comes to shove while the tyrants are discreetly resented over time and strike when the opportunity arrives. I’d prefer the heroes.
